After my nephew, Sera, graduated from university this year, she wanted to become a hotelier, but this year’s worst corona virus prevented him from working, and to make matters worse, her parents were fiercely opposed to working in a hotel, saying it was dangerous. However, it was not easy to abandon the dream of being a hotelier that she had since elementary school. Sera faced an ordeal while quietly trying her best to do her job. Right away, most of the employees left the company. Although she was still a new employee, she took over the job of her retired boss. Sera had only been working for 6 months, but She had to take over the job of my boss with 6 years of experience. And when Sera didn’t do assignment right, she had to listen to all sorts of insults and rants. One day she confessed to me. It is said that if you are not good at doing this and are not recognized, you feel like a useless person.
